Goa bowls Pondicherry for 260; gets 1st innings lead of 10 runs

Goa took a first innings lead of 10 runs over Pondicherry at close of play of the second day of the ranji Trophy match at Cricket Association of Pondicherry ground on Sunday.
Goa who started their first innings on 252 for seven , were bowled for 270 by Pondicherry with captain Amit Verma being bowled on 121 and night watchman Amulya Pandrekar remaining not out on 22. Tail enders Fleix alemao and Vijesh Prabhudesai were both bowled without opening their score.
Pondicherry, in reply , were bowled for 260 with their innings lying on the 194 scored by PK Dogra.
Felix Alema was the star bowler for Goa claiming six wickets in 19.4 overs and giving away 73 runs. Vijesh Prabhudesai claimed two wickets whilst Lakshay Garg and Darshan Misal claimed one each.
