GCA Secretary Vinod Phadke named India team manager

GCA News Bytes Goa Cricket Association (GCA) General Secretary Mr. Vinod Phadke has been name as manager of the India team for the India -South Africa Series starting on October 2 . Vinod Phadke will be the team manager for Manager for the three T-20,s and five One-Day Matches. India plays South Africa in the first T20 on October 2 in Dharmashala. Mr. Vinod Phadke started his career has a Manager of Indian Team in 2006 as manager of the Under-19 Team when Virat Kohli and Ishant Sharma were part of it. Vinod Phadke was also the Manager of the Under-19 Australia quadrangular series of 2013 and the Manager of World Cup Under-19 Team that won the World Cup. He also went to New Zealand in 2013 as a BCCI co-ordinator. Having been involved with cricket in India for long, Vinod Phadke enjoys excellent relations with individuals who have been and are at the helm of BCCI.
