GCA News Bytes Twenty girls have been selected for the Goa Cricket Association (GCA) under-19 camp at Hyderabad. The primary selection was held on August 9 where thirty girls were selected for a camp held from August 11 to August 29 at the GCA grounds in Porvorim. The selected girls left for a camp to Hyderabad on August 30. Apart from the camp , the girls will play practise matches from September 1 to 16. The team will leave Hyderabad for Guntur in Andhra Pradesh where the under -19 tournament is slated to start from September 20. The team: Sanjula Nail; Bindia Kavlekar; Kalpana Parab; Pooja Bharati; Vanita Bhandari; Uzma Sayed; Saisha Naik; Bhakti Dabolkar; Diksha Gawde; Rakshanda Pilankar; Snehal Shet Chavidkar; Seeta Bhardwaj; Yashoda Kathayat; TejaswiniDurgad; Sugandha Ghadi; Sujidha Naik; Shindiya Naik; Roshan Kandgal; Purvaja Verlekar; Shreya Parab. Aparna Kambli has been appointed coach while Anuradha Redkar is her assistant. Salma Divkar is the trainer and Prachi Lotlikar Sawant is the physio accompanying the team. Komal Mahale is the team manager.
