Goa, Haryana match tied: Vijay Hazare Trophy

NEWS BYTES PORVORIM The Goa Cricket Association (GCA) and Haryana Cricket Association (HCA) match of the Vijay Hazare Trophy played at Alur cricket stadium in Bengaluru was declared tied by using the VJD method as bad weather played spoil sport.   Goa batted first and went on to score 261 for the loss of nine wickets in their allotted 50 overs. Haryana was 154 for 5 when play was halted due to bad weather. Snehal Kauthankar top scored for Goa with 104 from 115 balls. Opener Ishaan Gadekar made 47 from 69 runs and captain Suyash Prabhudesai scored 30 from 45 balls. SD lad scored 24, Tunish Sawkar scored 17 and Mohit Redkar scored 11. SD lad claimed two wickets for Goa while Mohit Redkar, Arjun Tendulkar and Lakshay Garg took one wicket each.
