Railways got the better of Goa Cricket Association (GCA) women by 56 runs in the Senior Womens T20 Trophy organised by BCCI at ACA stadium Barsapara on Tuesday.
Railways scored 135 for the loss of 5 wickets in their allotted 20 overs and managed to restrict Goa to 79 for the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs.
Captain Shikha Pandey was the highest wicket taker for Goa with her 2 wicket haul from 4 overs. She surrendered 29 runs.Nikita, Poorva Bhaidkar and Rupali Chavan all claimed 1 wicket a piece.
Sanjula Naik top scored for Goa with 24 from 34 balls . Sunanda scored 16 ; Nikita was not out on 15; Vinavi Gurav made 14 and captain Shikha Pandey scored 11.
