NEWS BYTES PORVORIM United Cricket Club of Mapusa beat Bardez gymkhana by 6 wickets in the B Division League (North Goa ) 2021-22 organised by Goa Cricket Association (GCA) at the GCA Academy ground in Porvorim on Sunday. United CC won the toss and opted to field and had opponents Bardez Gymkhana bowled out for 155 in 31.1 overs. In return , the winners reached 156 for 4 in 34.4 overs. Dishank Misquin of United CC won the Man of the Match award for his 4 wicket haul in 7 overs. He conceded 23 runs in the bargain. Saksham Kerkar also claimed 4 wickets in his 7.1 overs , conceding 30 runs.Ramkrishna Shety of Bardez Gymkhana claimed 2 wickets in his 9 overs. Vardhan Misquin of United CC finished as the top batsmen with his 46 from 68 balls. Sandeep Dmello was the second highest batsmen with his 34 from 31 balls. Abhishek Diwadkar of United CC scored 34 from 54 balls.
