GCA Secretary Vinod Phadke named India team manager

Goa Cricket Association (GCA) General Secretary Mr. Vinod Phadke has been name as manager of the India team for the India -South Africa Series starting on October 2 . Vinod Phadke will be the team manager for Manager for the three T-20,s and five One-Day Matches.
India plays South Africa in the first T20 on October 2 in Dharmashala.
Mr. Vinod Phadke started his career has a Manager of Indian Team in 2006 as manager of the Under-19 Team when Virat Kohli and Ishant Sharma were part of it.
Vinod Phadke was also the Manager of the Under-19 Australia quadrangular series of 2013 and the Manager of World Cup Under-19 Team that won the World Cup.
He also went to New Zealand in 2013 as a BCCI co-ordinator.
Having been involved with cricket in India for long, Vinod Phadke enjoys excellent relations with individuals who have been and are at the helm of BCCI.
