Jharkhand takes 1st innings lead against Goa: Ranji Trophy

NEWS BYTES PORVORIM The Goa Cricket Association (GCA) and Jharkhand Cricket Association Ranji Trophy match ended on a draw but the latter took the first innings leads and extra point at the keenan stadium on Jamshedpur on Frdiay. Jharkhand who had bowled Goa for 362 in it first innings made 212 for the loss of two wickets before declaring its second innings. Goa was 61 for 3 at close of play. Mohit Redkar claimed 2 wickets taking his match tally to five and Suyash Prabhudesai claimed the other wicket. Snehal kauthankar, not out on 34 from 43 balls top scored in Goa’s second innings. Darshan Misal , also not out on 11, was the only other player to cross the double digit mark in the second innings.
