Punjab Cricket association (PCA) got the better of Goa cricket Association by 9 wickets in the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 cricket tournament organised by BCCI at Jaipuria Vidhyalaya ground on Sunday.
Goa batted first and managed to score 138 for the loss of 7 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Punjab , in reply , scored 142 for the loss of 1 wicket in 15.4 overs.
Suyash Prabhudesai top scored for Goa with his 64 from 49 balls. Wicket keeper K D Eknath was the second highest scorer with 23 from 20 balls. Deepraj Gaonkarremained not out on 18 from18 ball and captain Snehal Khautankar made 11 from 10 balls.
Lakshay Garg claimed the only wicket for Goa.
