Chandigarh Cricket Association trails Goa Cricket Association (GCA) by 182 runs at close of stumps on first day of the CK Nayudu Trophy match organised by BCCI at Cricket stadium in Chandigarh on Sunday.
Chandigarh won the toss and opted to field and dismissed Goa for 225.
Captain Deepraj Gaonkar top scored for Goa with 138 from 164 balls. Deepraj scored twenty fours and one six. Kashyap Bakle scored 25 from 58 balls and opened Rahul Mehta contributed 15. Wicket keeper Vasu Tiwari made 14 and Keith Pinto scored 10.
Heramb Parab claimed the first wicket for Goa.
