Ruthvik Naik instrumental in UP trailing Goa by 154 runs : CK Nayudu

NEWS BYTES PORVORIM Goa’s Ruthvik Naik was not out on 31 and claimed 3 Uttar Pradesh first innings wickets to leave the latter trailing by 154 runs at end of first days play of the C K Nayudu Trophy organized by BCCI at Alur Cricket stadium in Bangalore on Tuesday. Utta Pradesh won the toss and asked Goa to bat and got them bowled out for 179 in 68 overs. Goa then claimed 4 Uttar Pradesh first innings wickets for 25 . V G Kahlon was the top first innings scorer with his 43 from 86 balls. Tunish Sawkar followed Ruthvik with24 from 57 balls. Heramb Parab scored 18 from 9 balls Soham Panvalkar made 12 along with Mohit Redkar and Manthan Khutkar who both scored 11. Ruthvik claimed 3 wickets from his 5 overs and gave away 7 runs. Heramb Parab took the other wicket from his 6 overs whilst conceding 18 runs.
