NEWSBYTES PORVORIM Baroda Cricket Association (BCA) inflicted the first defeat on Goa Cricket Association (GCA) when the former beat the latter by 10 runs in the Senior Womens T 20  organised by BCCI at IS Bindra cricket stadium in PCA on Sunday. Goa once again lost the toss and Baroda opted to bat and scored 136 for the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Goa managed 126 for the loss of 9 wickets. Captain Shikha Pandey finished as the highest scorer for Goa with her 46 from 36 balls. She claimed a wicket too. Nikita finished as the second highest scorer for Goa with her17 from 17 balls. Sunanda (16); Sanjula Naik (15) and Purvaja Verlekar (10) were the other batsmen from Goa to cross the double digit mark. Sunanda claimed 2 wickets for Goa from her 4 overs giving away 30 runs whilst Rupali Chavan  and Tejashwini Duragad claimed one wicket each.
