NEWS BYTES PORVORIM Dr.Nikhil Parulekar has been specially appointed by GCA as the Medical Director ( strength and conditioning, injury and recovery) after the special managing committee meeting held last week. Dr. Nikhil Parulekar ,an ex cricket player, is an orthopedic doctor and  one of the few doctors who has completed CSCS, NSCA exam in India. He has also completed his diploma in sports medicine from International Olympic Committee (IOC). Dr Parulekar will work together with the physios and Strength and Conditioning coaches . Dr Nikhil Parulekar was handed the appointment letter by Secretary Rohan Gauns Desai .
