Alcon MCC wins by 86 runs; Salgaokar CC capitalise on 1st innings lead: GPL

Alcon MCC defeated Manas Panjim Gymkhana by 86 runs and Salgaokar Cricket Club won on a first innings lead against Chowgule Sports club in the Goa Premier League organised by Goa Cricket Association (GCA) ground and at the GCA Academy and Sanguem grounds respectively on Friday.
Panjim Gymkhana who requires 171 for a win was dismissed for 168. Keith Pinto claimed seven wickets from his 26.4 overs and Heramb Parab claimed the other three wickets.
In the other match in Sanguem, Chowgule who resumed on 216 for 3 was dismissed for 312/9 and Salgaokar was on 70 for 4 when play was called off.
Kashyap Bakle scored 110 for Chowgule. Veer Yadav contributed 55 and Samar Dubashi scored 51. Mohit Redkar scored 41.
