Karimabad Sports Club leads Alcon MCC by 41 runs at close of first days play of the Goa Professional League organised by Goa cricket Association (GCA) at the club ground in Sanguem on Wednesday.
Alcon MCC won the toss and opted to bat and found themselves bowled for 129 in 40.4 overs.
Karimabad SC was 170 for the loss of 3 wickets at lose of play with Tunish Sawkar not out on 39 from 64 balls and Deepraj Gaonkar not out on 37 from 50 balls.
In another match , Geno Sports Club trailed Chowgule Sports Club by 153 runs at Panjim Gymkhana ground in Panaji.
Geno won the toss and opted to field and bowled Chowgule SC for 226 in 52.3 overs.
Geno SC was 73 for 7 in 30 overs .
Felix Alemao claimed 5 wickets from his 12 overs and he gave away 31 runs.
